We have cancelled all outstanding work in the system so that we can replace the faulty workunits with new ones that we have been testing over the last week. Please ABORT all work you are currently crunching for D@H as credit will not be assigned for these.
The input file for charmm has a decreased checkpointing frequency and an optimized workflow. The crunching time should be approximately the same as the old workunit.
