I'm more a bitter person myself (drink wise not personality I hasten to add) Along with last nights Old Peculiar, I also discovered a bottle of Timmy Taylors Landlord that I'd forgotten about. An enjoyable evening was had by all

Was over there the other day getting some steak, we're having a night in on Thursday for our wedding anniversary. We'd originally planned on going out but changed our minds due to the crap weather....

Too true, Jeff. Same here, to both sentences above

Playing in snow as a youngster when it came up to the top of your wellingtons and a snowman could be guaranteed to hang around for a couple of weeks! Walking home from school, a distance of nearly 5 miles - then back again the next day (head teachers never gave a thought to closing, and the teachers all got there one way or another). Those were the days!!
