SETI@Home Uploading/Downloading Slow?

Hi Guys,
Not sure whether any of you have noticed this but when i complete a WU and goto upload it, or to download a new WU the speed is terrible! It says 0.00KBps about 95% of the time and it might manage to send a 25Kb work project in about 20 mins.
However, this only seems to have become a problem in the last few days. No firewall is blocking it, as it will upload and download but it is just so slow? Anyone else having this problem or know why this is?
