I can't seem to find cc_config.xml any more..

I guess its moved around since I first played with it, it used to be in the BOINC directory

I wanted to force uploading of results as soon as WUs complete

does it go in

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BOINC  ?

(Nothing is so simple it can't be made more complicated)

It moved with the newer versions, it's now in the 'data' sub-directory of Boinc.

If, like me, you simply installed Boinc with the defaults and left it, then there isn't a cc_config.xml by default, you have to create it from scratch.
