New Member with problem!!

Hi there,
Having real problem connecting to Boinc website. Trying to connect to server to download SETI@home software. Keep getting Internet Cannot Display Website. Is there a server problem or an access problem?

The main website as Rick has linked to is working fine, the download area
http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php isn't responding for me either.

While the seti site Rick mentioned is working fine, the boinc download site (
http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php) to download boinc doesn't seem to be working for me

If you're just looking for Seti applications Katalan, try the Lunatics site
http://lunatics.kwsn.net/index.php?module=Downloads They have all the optimised apps.
Connection problem

No problem with seti site, still can't connect to Boinc website at all. Will try later, thanks to all.

If you just want the Boinc programme itself, you could try the mirror at
http://boincdl3.ssl.berkeley.edu/mirror/ You'd have to know what you were looking for though, it's not user friendly!

As Tuesday is the Seti backup day and boinc is served from the same place as seti, it's quite possible they've taken the boinc site down early.
It "might" be back up soon but probably not until after the seti maintenance which usually comes back at about 10-11pm UK time
