Just thought I'd 'bump' this so members know where to get the latest version of the manager - currently 7.4.27
There are a few ways to check which version you have - easiest is to go to the 'help' dropdown menu then 'About BOINC Manager' .

There have been a couple of confirmed posts that 7.4.27 doesn't support a resource share of 0 for a back up project whereas 7.4.22 does. I think I'll hold off upgrading for a while yet. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
