Welcome to the team, SwissNic! :wav:

I see that your Opteron machine has lots of RAM. Perhaps you'd also like to help UBT's efforts on the CPDN Seasonal Attribution project:

Thanks for the warm welcome chaps!

Gregory - I will add CPDN back on the Opteron machine once I get my optimised SETI client running...  I am trying to get my SETI stats back on track since I moved back to the UK from Switzerland (6 months of no crunching...)

I'm guessing CPDN is a bit memory intensive?  I will be adding another 2Gb ram to it soon as well...  ;o)

Yes, as you can see it's pretty memory intensive (It changes between about 150 - 300MB per process on my systems). However, it's great fun because not many people crunch for the project (so you can get up the rankings quite quickly.)

I wonder how long it'll be before you overtake me??!

Is that a challenge Gregory?   :D

Thing is, unless I got your username wrong, your not crunching CPDN at the moment...  And your only about 100,000 cr's ahead...  I reckon maybe 60 days...

Actually, I was referring to the CPDN Seasonal Attribution project. I've been crunching pretty much exclusively for that recently. So, I'm sure that you'll beat my 160k odd credits on the original CPDN project.

Ahhh - I didn't know about that one...  Found it now.

Are the stats tracked on BoincStats?  I couldn't see it...
