MILESTONE: Overtaken "The Final Front Ear"
Hi,
The BOINCstats website now shows that we've overtaken "The Final Front Ear" and hence we're now in 36th place in the World rankings...
see here: http://www.boincstats.com/stats/boinc_t ... &to=100#35
It'll take a day or two for "clear air" to be between our teams, and then we've got a good million and a half credits to make up, before we can overtake our next victim....!
regards
Tim

Yes - well done everybody.
Now it seems we're onto Amateur Radio Operators at last!

This is a team that seems to change it's nationality every so often, becoming a UK team from 'international'. This means that they become the #2 UK team when they do. So, when we get past them, we'll be #2 even when they do change nationality again.
Mystic Meg says we'll overtake them in 4 weeks around the 47.5 million mark.

It does not change its nationallity its to do with them not setting up each team to the same specification and also as to how certain stats sites organise the stats at each XML downloadUBT - Mikeejones wrote:This is a team that seems to change it's nationality every so often, becoming a UK team from 'international'.

Not particularly bothered why it changes - it'll just be nice to be consistantly above them!UBT - Halifax--lad wrote:It does not change its nationallity its to do with them not setting up each team to the same specification and also as to how certain stats sites organise the stats at each XML downloadUBT - Mikeejones wrote:This is a team that seems to change it's nationality every so often, becoming a UK team from 'international'.
I've just noticed that AMD average credit has dropped off over the last couple of weeks

If they keep at that rate we'll catch them before Amateur Radio Operators which would mean a jump of 2 places in the next few weeks!

Looks like that could be down to the problems with Einstein@Home which is their main project, daily credit on that is all over the place now from 64k a day down to loads of zeros.
